THE GREATEST GIFT OF ALL
The greatest gift of all is wrapped up in a package called you and me. The greatest gift of all is wrapped up in the human body. The precious Holy Spirit lives inside of you. The Holy Spirit is the Giver of life and He has given you His life for His purpose and vision! (Genesis 2:7)
“We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.” (2 Corinthians 4:7)
TRUE SONS ARE REVEALED
“For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” (Romans 8:19)
God is about to reveal His sons who walk in His abundant life! (John 10:10) The Bible says that they will know us by how we love, not by how we hate. They will know us by our fruit, not by our barrenness. The world will know that we are His sons by the life that we live, imitating the very glory of God! We must live and not be silent! We must live and not be ashamed. We must live and not become just another person who existed with no life significance.
I believe that the true sons of God are about to be revealed in this coming season. Sons and daughters who know how to walk with their Father in all of His glory. Sons of God who know who they are and they live the manifested life of Christ in them. There is no spot, no blame, no wrinkle, and no blemish and they are walking in deep communion with the Lord, as it was in the Garden of Eden.
Many people come up to me on a constant basis ask in surprise, how I live the life that I live? My response to them is that I am obedient to the calling of the Lord on my life.
I live the life that I live, not because I am smart, good-looking, charismatic, nor because I somehow got lucky. I am who I am because of the grace of God which has enabled me to realize my calling and to obey the Lord no matter what the cost. My life is a pure reflection of my continual yes’, to step out of my comfort zone and to live my life unashamed in the Lord.
The fullness of life belongs to the sons of God!
The fullness is yours and the fullness is mine! Are you living in the fullness or are you lacking in the empty? Are you doing what you want to do or are you still living under the pressure of your parental figures? Sure, life is extremely tiring and stressful at times, but that’s the beauty of life!
LIFE COMES… AND IT GOES
A few days ago, one of our former church leaders gave birth to a new-born baby girl! It was her first time giving birth and it took a whomping time frame of 39 hours! Wow! Now that is a long time! However, praise God that she decided to go natural in giving birth and did not decide to get a c-section. Praise God for the coming of Melody Joy Wright, who came in at 11:02 PM, on December 14th, 2017, weighing in at 7.9 pounds!
It was the first-time that I had ever had witnessed such new-born baby. My eyes were filled with tears as my heart was flooded with love. Though these friends of mine were former church leaders and no longer is a part of our ministry, still my heart is for them and their destiny. And there is nothing more glorious than seeing healthy marriages and families in the Lord!
Around that same time, as I was accompanying our friends in this grand and glorious celebration, her mother walks in, weeping and weeping. I had just found out that her mother’s mother, (grandmother) had passed away a few hours before the birth of Melody Joy. Isn’t this a coincidence! How could God take away a life of a family member, right around the same time that He gives a new life? Is it you God who has taken the life of this grandmother or was it just her time? What does that even mean theologically? The questions began to flood my mind as I held my friend’s mother, as she wept on my shoulders for a number of hours in that hospital hall.
What was meant to be a sweet celebration, also became a bitter commemoration. What was meant to be a joyous event, also became a time of grieving. What was meant to be a time of thankfulness, also became a time of thinking about the life of this beloved grandmother who had just passed.
What in the world is going on? Why would such a thing happen? And right around the same time that this new-born baby was given birth?
That was when the Lord began speaking to me about the fullness of life and the greatest gift of all, which is life and life in abundance. Life my friends, is the greatest gift of all. None should neglect it and none should ever take it for granted.
Life is such a precious gift from God. It is not just a commodity and it is not an asset. It is not a toy and it is just never be fooled with. We have one life to live here on this life. I was reminded of the preciousness and sanctity of life as I stood there late into the early morning on December 15th.
Our lives are so easily taken for granted at times. What really is the purpose and focus of life? What really is the purpose and focus of living here on this Earth? Whatever your belief system is, it is important to value one another to value this precious gift that God has given. Life is given for free, but it must be taken care of with mercy. Life is given in grace but it must be stewarded with justice.
The quality of life is determined by the quality of the people who surround you. Who is surrounding you? You did not come from a tree nor from an animal, but you came from a human being. So therefore, honor your fellow men and women who are amongst you. And not just that, but you have now come from God Divine, being born of His Spirit. So therefore, our lives are not just mere breath that comes and goes, but it is infused with the very nature of God. That is something to be considered. This is something of great value. This is something that should be honored and taken into account in our everyday lives.
What is your life worth? What is this life all about?
THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE
I believe the Lord is releasing His resurrection power here on the Earth like never before. There is a Spirit of resurrection that resides within the believer. And this power is going to raise the dead back to life. There shall be no death in Jesus. There shall be no infirmities in Jesus. There shall be no passing in Jesus. There will only be fulfilled dreams, experienced passions, and everlasting legacies. Nothing shall die in His Presence but there shall be the fullness of life!
Has there been a dream has died within you? Has there been a vision that has died within you? Has your gifts died within your womb?
Well, the Word of the Lord will raise and resurrect you and your dreams back to the fullness of life!
GIVERS OF LIFE!
We are meant to give the life of Christ to those around us within our communities. So many have passed and many have gone.
We are to give life in abundance to those around us. It’s time for the life-givers to arise! Give life to the dry bones and speak life to the valleys! Give life to the dry places and give life, by simply being you. Your being is filled with life when you give it to the Lord. Give your heart to the Lord and you will truly live!
It’s time for you to live with purpose and with passion. Do not go another day without taking into account, great gratitude for breathing and for being alive here on this Earth. Our lives can easily be taken, but thank God for Jesus, who gave us His!
We have one life to live. Let us live abundantly and let us give it to those around us.
